If Player A attacks Player C 10x, lists more than 3x, or scores a pk/ak on Player C, window opens for Player C for 12 hours. Player A is still restricted to 100 attacks per hour as per city restrictions unless Player C responds to player A with 10x attacks, lists more than 3x, or scores a pk/ak, and opens the window the other way. This protects against Player A using city protections to play hit and hide vs. other protected players.
If Player A attacks Player B more than 10x, lists more than 3x, or scores a pk/ak on Player B, window opens for Player B for 12 hours and city protections are removed for the duration for only Player B, not everyone. This will allow for a one on one battle between Player A and Player B, without Player B being allowed to bring 20 accounts into the fray. Player A is still restricted to 100 attacks and 3x lists per hour as per city restrictions unless Player B responds to Player A with 10x attacks, lists more than 3x, or scores a pk/ak thus opening the window the other way. This protects against Player A playing hit and hide with city protections.
If Player B attacks or lists Player D who is also within an unprotected city, free for all as usual.
If Player B attacks Player A, protections from New York still apply unless Player A responds with 10 attacks, more than 3x listings, or scores a pk/ak which would then remove city protections vs. Player B. This allows Player A to test the waters and fight if they choose to without allowing Player B to bring 20 accounts into the fray.
If Player B attacks more than 10x, lists or scores a pk/ak on Player A, city restrictions are removed on Player B for Player A for 12 hours. Player A can choose to respond or not. If Player A attacks 10x, lists more than 3x, or scores a pk/ak in response, city restrictions are removed for Player A vs. Player B, the window is opened the other way.
